The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Any cancellation within 7 days or Non show are charged 100% and non refundable.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival or same day reservations are non refundable after confirmation.
Any amendments or special requests are subject to availability.
Oleander suites Coorg reserves the final rights to reject any amendments or special requests, any refunds will be at the Hotels discretion.
Advance payments are mandatory to confirm reservation, any bookings done without payment will be held tentative for up to 24 hrs and will be cancelled after tentative period is over.
